By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms. Individual projects may also be governed by a proposal, statement of work, invoice, contract, or marketplace order. Those project-specific terms control if there is a conflict.
We provide software development, design, automation, maintenance, consulting, and related digital services. You agree to provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, necessary content and access, and approvals needed to perform the work.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials, data, and instructions you provide can lawfully be used for the project.
Fees, payment schedules, milestones, and estimated timelines are defined per project. Estimates may change when scope, dependencies, access, or feedback changes. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, timeline, or separate approval.
Ownership and license terms are defined in the applicable project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, final custom deliverables are transferred after full payment, while pre-existing tools, reusable code, open-source software, and third-party materials remain subject to their existing ownership and licenses.
Projects may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting, marketplaces, app stores, or software. Their availability, pricing, review decisions, and terms are outside our control. You are responsible for third-party accounts and fees unless agreed otherwise.
We aim to deliver professional, reliable work, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific commercial results, or the continued availability of third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, Nexvora Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
Either party may end an engagement according to the applicable project agreement. Fees remain due for completed work and committed non-recoverable costs. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Questions can be sent to motiur.mbstu@gmail.com or through our support page.
